  • Guest：The room was clean and great as in the photo. Service was excellent as they provide free transportation to and from railway upon check in and check out. They also provide free transportation to the town and pick you up when you're back at anytime. Don't have to worry about the distance and location to anywhere!
  • Guest：The hotel provided convenient transport to and from the scenic area, which was very helpful during our stay. However, on the day of checkout, they forgot our scheduled pickup time in the morning —even though we had arranged it a day in advance. Thankfully, we managed to book a Didi and still made it to the high-speed rail on time (maybe need to take note for early train) On the positive side, the staff helped us order lunch when we didn’t want to head out in the cold, which we really appreciated. We were also given a room upgrade, but the room remained quite cold despite turning on the heater. Overall, the stay had a mix of good service and a few hiccups, but we’re still grateful for the convenience and assistance provided during the trip.
